About me

Hello!👋 I'm a Ph.D student of Yonsei university, department of computational science and engineering. I'm an AI developer and researcher of Computational Methods in Medical Engineering (CMME) Lab. My research interest is in adapting computational engineering techniques in medical domain, specifically for modeling and analyzing physical phenomena during treatment procedures.

What i'm doing

    Numerical Simulations for Treatment Planning

    Predicting the treatment outcome is crucial to ensure safe and efficient treatment. We predict and validate therapeutic effects of treatments such as focused ultrasound, laser irradiation, and radiofrequency ablation using numerical methods.

  • Web development icon

    Physics-based Medical AI

    Traditional numerical methods provide accurate simulation results, but require long computational times. To addres this, we develop physics-guided deep learning networks to enable real-time outcome prediction.
